Refund Policy
At KIBO Perfumes, we are dedicated to guaranteeing your complete satisfaction with our offerings. This Refund Policy describes the circumstances under which returns are permitted and the procedures for processing refunds. We aim to make this experience as transparent and simple as possible for our esteemed customers.
Conditions of Return
For all products at KIBO Perfumes, complimentary returns are available if reported within seven days of product receipt, provided all the requirements below are fully satisfied:
- Return requests can be submitted for either exchange or refund.
- Refunds will not be applicable for international purchases once the shipment has departed.
- Returns are valid exclusively for fragrances and do not extend to beauty products.
- Returns are honored only in instances of product mismatch or manufacturing flaw.
- The item(s) must remain unopened and unused, and must be returned in their original packaging, including any samples, instructions, or labels that came with the product.
- Should the item(s) show evidence of use, refund processing will be declined.
How Do You Receive a Refund
- For online prepaid purchases, a service fee of 2.5% of the total order amount will be deducted for upfront cancellations without valid justification. If the order has already shipped and is subsequently returned, an AED 30 delivery charge will be subtracted.
- For COD (Cash on Delivery) purchases, the refund will be credited to the KIBO Perfumes E-wallet. In situations involving upfront cancellation without proper cause, or when the order has shipped and is returned, an AED 30 delivery charge will be deducted.
- Credit card refunds generally require 7 to 10 days, whereas wallet refunds are completed within 1 business day following receipt of the returned merchandise at our facility.
